Pricing is based on the assumption that with base support and enhancements it will require 2-3 business (person) days of contribution from us to keep the system running and relevant to your optimal work flows once the solution is developed and implemented.

We aim to be reasonable with our offering and absorb the development cost as best we can. With that in mind, these are our base prices:

ItemCost
Sign-on Fee$2,400
Monthly Subscription$1,200
Additional Work*$600 per day

* We may need to price your solution differently if it is agreed the requirements differ greatly from our normal offering. Additionally if work is required for a major add-on or other consultancy outside of the agreed system offering we have a simple and reasonable daily rate we will use to formulate a quote.

Ultimately we aim to avoid additional work and fit what we can into the agreed subscription.

Included in the subscription is an understanding that:

We won’t get it 100% right during our design time and the workflows will require tweaks so it operates with the most efficiency. Rather than determine who’s fault caused the requirement mismatch, we just get on and fix it.

Your business processes change over time and the system supporting these processes will need to change with them. The subscription includes a degree of change to be made as we all get on and use the system and discover process improvement opportunities.

How can we price it this way?

There is no question there is an element of benevolence built in to our pricing model. Our staff are all in a position to give a little back to organisations that will appreciate having access to systems that they would otherwise not be able to afford. Job and customer satisfaction are what we are all about.

Why the sign-on fee?

The sign-on fee is about commitment. By accepting the fee we are committing to understanding your workflows, designing, building and delivering your solution.

By paying the fee you are committing to:

  • providing appropriate resourcing to work with us during the design period
  • providing an appropriate window and resourcing for a pilot period to bed down the system in your organisation
  • appropriate resourcing in your organisation to perform necessary system administration tasks once we are live
